Bravo Badge Co makes magnetic achievement badges, 3D printed to order in the USA.
Most recognition disappears. The kudos channel scrolls away. The certificate PDF dies in a downloads folder.
A badge is different. It's small, it's solid, and it sticks to the metal surfaces where work actually happens: lockers, toolboxes, file cabinets, hard hats, fridges. Hand someone a badge for the thing they actually did, and it stays where everyone can see it.
How we make them
Every badge is 3D printed to order in matte PLA, about 70mm wide, in our Sunny Confetti palette. Strong magnets are embedded in the back, so it grips steel without clips, pins, or adhesive. No inventory sitting in a warehouse. Your badge is printed because you ordered it.
Who they're for
Teams, mostly. Managers who want safety streaks and work anniversaries to feel like something. Coworkers with an in-joke that has earned physical form. And plenty of people who just want to hand a friend a badge that says: you did the thing.
