Returns

Made to order means no returns

Every badge is 3D printed specifically for your order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges. Each design page shows exactly what you'll receive, and we're happy to answer questions before you buy.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your badge arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn't what you ordered, email orders@bravobadgeco.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost. That's the whole process. No forms, no return postage.

Order mistakes

Ordered the wrong design? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't gone to print yet, we can usually swap it.
